Came and towed my car from scene of accident. When I went to get any belongings that had been left in the car many items were missing. $ 200 dollar software and several other less expensive items were taken. Very disappointed with this company. I will never allow my vehicles to be towed by them no matter what the situation is.

My tow truck driver was prompt, friendly, clean, personable, efficient, well-​priced, and made a shockingly homophobic comment just after I gave him my credit card number and personal information. I declined a ride home from the repair shop and thanked god I pass for straight.

I used this company recently to tow my car after it had broken down. After towing my vehicle I was charged $ 40 over the price I was quoted because of fees I was not told about.
The service was fast, and they did not damage my vehicle, just make sure you ask about all fees before using their company. THEY WILL NOT QUOTE YOU THE FULL PRICE UPFRONT WITHOUT ASKING ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL FEES.

Arrow Wrecker service was sent to the scene of my fender bender by my insurance company to tow my Range Rover to my house after my accident on I35.
Arrow Wrecker service pulled up, put it on the flatbed & followed us home in hubby’s car.
When we got home, the driver made a few jokes trying to cheer me up as I was obviously shaken by the accident. He was very kind & professional.
After the insurance adjustor came & left a couple days later, Arrow Wrecker service came back to tow it on to the dealership.
A different man the second time put it back on a flatbed carefully, as not to further damage it, as one wheel was squashed into the finder making a horrible noise & the tire going flat.
He also was very kind & professional. I really appreciated that he was extra careful with my Rover.
He took care of everything gave me his card & said if I needed a copy of the paperwork to call his office.
Reliable, professional & personable service with a smile. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again, but, I hope that I won’t be needing any more towing in the future.

thank you Arrow for taking my number down wrong… and then being rude to me when I called to follow up… letting me know you had been trying to call for over an hour and that it was my fault I wouldn’t answer my phone (because you were calling the wrong NUMBER). Also letting me know that you would not send anyone else out again even though you are a 24 hour service (this would have been fine with me except for the way you spoke to me) Anyway, I say Thanks because the next place I called was courteous and charged me $ 100.00 less than you quoted me which was a few hundred dollars, confirmed my phone number and asked for directions just in case. Maybe you could take some tips from them.

Asked them to retrieve a vehicle from Stroud, OK to Edmond OK. 60 miles. Quote $ 730.65 !!!
These people are insane. I did the job for $ 300 with another Oklahoma City company.
