I stop by this Arby’s on the way to class. Or I used to. Never again.
If you pick your favorite lines from one star reviews, you’d have it all here. Messed up orders, long wait times in the drive through, and unfriendly employees – this Arby’s has it all.
They took it to a new level today. The drive through was three cars deep, so I decided to run in. (All I wanted was an iced tea) THE DOOR TO THE LOBBY WAS LOCKED!!! This was at around 5:30pm.
There are no words. I wish I could give zero stars.

I use to live 500 ft from this location. Horrible service! I probably would have been a regular customer, but they never took care of me. Contacted corporate about the situation, all they did was send me coupons that I used at another location. They didn’t fix the problem. Will never come back.

This Arby’s location has gone downhill. I work across the street and used to eat there every few months when I just wanted to grab a fast lunch. The last time I went there was a major issue with the food. It all tasted off. I had a turkey sandwich and the turkey tasted so weird I just threw the whole thing away. Not sure if they changed the recipe or if the turkey was old but either way I won’t eat there again.

When I saw the 1st commercials of arby’s smokehouse brisket sandwich I immediately thought no way this would be real meat. Then I thought they would use the arby’s sauce on the roast beef. How was I so wrong. I follow dayum drops on you tube. He smashed the sandwich in 1 minute. Lol. I took two bites of the sandwich and wanted another 1. Folks its real smoked brisket. Thr pretzel bun is soft and it works. The small caramelIzed fried onions with bbq and cheese. Mayo comes on it but I don’t like mayo.
