I just got off the phone with their parts department. The young woman I spoke with was very helpful. They did not have the part I needed, and she couldn’t find any part that she could order either, but she found a website where I might be able to special order the part I need. She gave me the website address, and I was able to enter my information and make the order myself.

We have used Anthony’s twice and have been pleased. My wife did comparison price shopping for an induction stove top and a convection oven and the had the best prices. I just bought a washer and dryer. Again the price was good and they deliver and set up same day or next day.

They only repair a couple brands of televisions and they gave me a number fir a tv repair man named Feanks television repair. Frank stole my tv, when I went back and told the tv repair man at Anthony’s he wouldn’t even say sorry. I would Never recommend this place or any accuse they give you. 0 stars
