Americas Best Value Inn

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I understand that is a budget hotel, but it was still unacceptable. When checking in, I told the girl at the front desk that we were in a hurry, but she still went very slowly. We had a dog, so paid the extra fee for that, which was to be expected. The room the put us in was HORRIBLE. There were scratches on the inside of the front door from other dogs, someone had punched a hole in the bathroom door, there was trash behind the bedside table, and worst of all, I found a mysterious and concerning large reddish brown stain on the bed skirt. Everything felt grimy and unclean. I very much wanted to switch rooms (hotels, even), but we were in a hurry, and by the time we got back to the room, it was very late and we were too tired to switch. I slept in my clothes and showered immediately once I got home. I understand putting people with pets in a slightly more worn room, but this was ridiculous. Granted, this was over a year ago, but it still disgusts me. DO NOT stay here.

That’s not the best way to answer the phone speaking to potential patrons. And that was only the beginning.
There was the comforter with cigarette burns, the inefficient AC and an overall feeling of needing to bathe in chlorine after spending the night in a dirty hotel room.
Pay a couple extra bucks and head elsewhere.

I basically have no choice but to stay here since I got it online and it stated no refunds. I have been to an Americas best value inn in California and I loved it. Here not so much! I payed for a non smoking room I walked in it smells like cigarettes and I walk into the bathroom there is a razor in the shower which automatically make me assume it was not cleaned then I go to turn on a light and there’s no light bulb. My recommendation is don’t stay here.

Loved this place. I got it from hotwire (cheap) and didnt know what to expect. I got a huge room, with a couch and a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. My only regret is that I was only here one day.
