American Airlines

I usually wouldn’t rate an airline, but this was an unusual experience. I fly pretty often, and rarely try to take carry on bags. This time, however, I did take a carry on, and my giant purse. I’m one of the last people to get on the plane and there’s only roller bag room in the back; I’m sitting in the front. The off duty, as in, not getting paid for it, can finally relax after working a full day, flight attendant sitting in my row then offers to take my bag for me! Now, this was unusually helpful, but the reason for the review is when time came to deboard, he insisted on waiting until he could go back and retrieve my bag for me! I was seriously floored.
If only all airlines hired people like this. Flying might actually be pleasant…
