A Pocket Full of Posies

I was in OKC visiting my aunt and found this florist on Unilocal.We told him what we had in mind and how much we wanted to spend and he put together exactly what we wanted while we waited. I would highly recommend them!

I ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday through Teleflora — I guess it got sent to A Pocket Full of Posies to fulfill.
I placed my order the week BEFORE they were SUPPOSED to be delivered. A Pocket Full of Posies delivered them the day after I placed the order (aka the WRONG DATE, even though I specified what day they were to be delivered). I contacted Teleflora and they said the flowers were delivered on the right day according to the delivery ticket, so I don’t know who was lying on the paperwork — this business or Teleflora. On top of that, the bouquet that was delivered was sorry looking — like they threw all the flowers in a vase without even ATTEMPTING to make it look like a professional did it. Definitely go to someone else (like the GROCERY STORE). It’ll look better.

and it was taken by Pocketful of Posies. Though they had my phone number, they did not call me to tell me they were substituting much cheaper flowers. So I was charged over double for something I didn’t order and would have cancelled the order if I had been asked.
FTD tried to get Pocketful of Posies to take responsablity for this and they would not.
Of course, I will never use FTD again, but if you are ordering over the phone or online with Pocketful of Posies, you need to be aware they have proven to unreliable and dishonest in their dealings. Your recipient may not get what you order.
Be forewarned.

Great people, great service, and great flowers!
Not much more to say, I have used many florists through the years. Diedra (the owner) was super personable and super nice.
Flowers were top notch, these people know what they are doing and do it well!
