I don’t know the boutique scene in Oklahoma City, but if it’s anything like what I saw happening at 200 Park, my wallet should be thankful I live nowhere near the area. I’m pretty sure the owners stocked this place thinking, «what can we put in here that Aimee would love?» Thanks guys, that’s so considerate. My interest was first captured as I was walking by the windows and saw a ridiculously cool outfit that I wanted to wear(but wasn’t sure I could pull off.) I ended up going in a couple of days later and basically stared in awe for a good fifteen minutes before I began shopping. They had many popular labels and also a ton I hadn’t seen before, and it was truly shopping nirvana. The employees(and the owner) were so kind and helpful, and after spending a good amount of time trying things on, I ended up buying an embarrassingly large stack of clothes that should get me through fall in style. I couldn’t travel home with everything I bought because I only brought a small bag, so the owner so kindly shipped them to my apartment in St. Louis at no cost. It arrived a few days later and it kind of felt like Christmas. I love shopping. I love 200 Park. I love everything!

I was in town for the funeral of an immediate family member and, in my fog, forgot to pack my funeral clothes hanging up next to my suitcase. Enter 200 Park for Her — a wonderful shop with wonderful people. The folks who helped me were very kind and thoughtful, working within my price point and suggesting items that I could use again for work. I found two pieces that worked perfectly for the funeral and that I know I will use again. I am so appreciative of the help I received at 200 Park for Her.

There’s a hip little women’s boutique in DTOKC?! Yup. It’s on the corner of Park Ave and Robinson Blvd right across from Liberty(Leadership– I always mess that one up) Square! It has been open for quite a while tooo! Maybe like, 4 months or so. Should have posted something a while back to share the love, but I forgot. Oops: X If I had to compare… It is kind of like Kokopelli in North Park(OKC) mall mixed with a little bit of Lucca. So with that being said the styles are kind of trendy, not too flashy… If you walk by the store front, you’d think that they cater to a more sophisticated crowd; however, I think their selection of casual staples make it a place for everyone. For instance, they offer a good amount of premium denim from brands like Paper Denim and Cloth, 7, Hudson, J Brand,(yadaa yadaa) and cozy PJ’s and maxi dresses. I love that they carry James Pearce and Free People! Not shopping for yourself? Well, you can buy jewelry gifts, purses(because what girl doesn’t like a new purse?!) and Butter nail polish! I hope they make it because it’s right down the street from work!
