I ordered a taco salad. It was $ 7. It was bagged lettuce, some meat, salsa and shredded cheese on a soft MOLDY tortilla. Talked to some other co-workers and the mold doesn’t seem to be an isolated incident. Blech!

I usually give food trucks the benefit of the doubt; however, I cannot in this case. Last weekend at the H&8th I decided to try this place as it had a shorter line. That should have been my first clue. I ordered the chicken crisp. The dish was nothing more than minced chicken with toasted hot dog buns, torn into pieces, with some marinara sauce and a scant sprinkling of mozzarella cheese sprinkled on top. I like food salty and often feel food is under seasoned. I could not eat the chicken it was so salty. The marinara was nondescript. The best part of the dish was the torn hot dog buns as they helped soak up and dampen some of the chicken that was seemingly bathed in ocean water it was so salty. The whole time I was trying to eat the dish, and I did not finish the dish by the way, I kept asking myself what is supposed to be crispy? Never figured it out.

was expecting something different I guess. ended up with processed meat with a sauce on a tortilla. I won’t be back. We did try the desert and it was alright. Sadly, maybe we just caught them on a bad day. When we asked what they would recommend or what they were most proud of they didn’t have an answer either. On to other food trucks for me. this one was sadly not worth it.
