1-VOIP

I have previously used Vonage, Phone Power, and Voipo. I have now used 1-​Voip for 7 months. It has been an excellent experience and by far the best of the four carriers I’ve used so far. First, call quality has been superb. No static, no lag, calls do not get dropped, etc. Customer service equally impressive. I’ve only had minor questions and each time a rep picked up the call immediately. Cost-​wise they are not the least expensive, and feature-​wise, I don’t think you can beat Voipo, however, the #1 priority for me was call quaity. There are times when I don’t want to use my cell phone because I want a clear conversation and no fear of getting cut off/​dropped. For that reason, I’m willing to pay a little more. Plus, there’s no contract, so you can leave anytime.
