The place is ok. I bought my Samsung Galaxy S5 there and was happy with the sale. The store is clean and they keep reasonable hours. I recently stopped back by the store, I had a minor issue with my phone. The
Store was busy so they took my name so that I could be waited on when it was my turn. No problem, that makes sense. However one of the sales reps proceeded to pester me regarding Verizon Fios. I told him that I wasn’t interested, that I just wanted someone to look at my phone. That wasn’t enough, he kept going with his sales pitch. I finally grew frustrated and left the store. I was able to instant message Verizon help on my home computer and work with their tech support. Next time, I will avoid the store as much as possible.
