What upsets me about this place is that all they focus on are applying eyelashes and eyebrows and waxing services. Why they do such a ridiculously bad job is even more upsetting.
They CAKE on the glue and the «Natural» look is not so natural. For eyebrow threaders they also are very bad at it. Don’t bother telling them or showing them a picture because all they can do is clean your eyebrows. They don’t do ANYTHING to change the shape, so if you have bad eyebrows well, they’ll make them worse ! There is always an excuse for the bad bad bad service they offer.
I went twice. SHAME ON ME for giving them a second chance. I should have known better.
NEVER GOING AGAIN !!!
The girls need to go to school to re-​learn current trends and to deliver what is asked for.

I’ve been coming here since it opened; they had some really good eyebrow threaders at first, but over the last few months they’ve been hiring new employees that have no idea what they are doing! I just did my eyebrows with a new employee and I specifically told her to leave my eyebrows as thick as possible and she completely thinned them out thinner than I’ve ever had them my entire life! I am very frustrated and upset; Now I have to pencil them in and wait a few months for them to grow back. Ugh I don’t think I’m ever going back!

I really never write reviews but let me start by saying this place is awesome I love how they always save me by fixing my eyebrows I get them done both here at this location and Bedford park but lately I’ve been coming here because they do an awesome job. I recommend this place they are great!!!

I have been a loyal customer of the Seva in Forest Park for 2 years now. I was not able to make the drive today so I visited this location because it was closer.
Let me warn you,
the girl that did my eyebrows was terrible. You could tell she did not know what she was doing. Even I know the basics of threading. The 5 min with her was torture she just plain out butchered me. I had enough when she caught half my upper lid with the string. I had to pull away. And you know what she said «You’re fine, it’s ok!» Yeah no it’s not. All that pain just to take off a few hairs. Literally she didn’t just took off the bottom hairs. I could have done in the safety at home for free! I’ll never return, and if Seva keeps hiring people like this I can a sure you I’ll also just go else where to get my eyebrows done. Next time I’m by walmart I’ll make sure to stop and get her name just to complete this review.
