Same Day delivery flowers were ordered at 9am Friday and delivered 30 hours later on Saturday.

I came home last night to a floral delivery sitting on the front porch. What reputable florist leaves flowers out on a day where the temperature is in the 20s? When we called today to complain about the frozen flowers we were told the delivery ticket said ok to leave if no one home. The sender was in Texas somehow I don’t think they realized that the water in the vase would be frozen by the time we got home. I have received flowers many times in the winter but usually the florist had the brains to call and ensure someone would be home to accept the delivery. I’ve also had a card left in the door telling me they had attempted to make the delivery and to call to reschedule. To say their answer was unacceptable is an understatement. Make sure you use a florist with a better rating than this place will ever get! Unfortunately I had to rate this review before I could post it. Given the opportunity I would have rated it –5 stars!
