Captain Locksmith Phoenix, They came quickly to unlock the car(35mins). The service technician arrived in a very dirty mini-van, however the van did have there logo on it. He then looked at my car and told me it would cost $ 165.00 because of how difficult it would be to get into it(07 audi a4). He then within 5 mins got my car unlocked. He then told me I needed to pay him cash, I was slightly irritated because I was told on the phone I could use visa, so then he followed me to my bank and I paid him I used the ATM so I had 180 dollars, he asked me «would you like to tip me?» I of course said no and that concluded one of the worst customer service experiences of my life

Pros: +Came when they said they would. +Unlocked the car quickly. Cons: –No one gave us a straight answer about pricing. Before they came we were told there would be a «15-dollar service fee in addition to(unspecified) labor costs.» Imagine our shock when the price came to $ 185. The service provider then told us there would be tax and a processing fee if we used my debit card(who has $ 185 cash hanging around?) but he could not tell us how much those fees would be. We had to walk to a nearby bank for cash. –The man who assisted us was unprofessional and offputting. When he arrived he asked the price of our car and claimed he «could’ve gotten a better deal.» And before he left, he noted a bruise on my arm and suggested that my boyfriend(who was present at the time) had abused me, then offered to «beat him up.» –Finally, the receipt they provided does not clearly state the name of the company. I’m concerned that it may not be legitimate enough for my insurance company to reimburse us.
