Do not go and play soccer here or any kind of sport my son and his team got kicked off the grass because we didn’t have a permit. That’s stupid. We weren’t using a pavilion or anything. I thought playing in the park was free. They should charge all the people that play in the playground. I will not go back here.

Great place to exercise the dogs, but watch out for the burrs and stickers in grass, which my baby doesn’t like. This is a small park that always has football teams practicing, and from time to time, the city puts on various cook outs and other benefits. There are plenty of restrooms. Watch out for perverts parents, but that hasn’t been a problem here because there are always people around and cops always patrol area.

The most park-like park on this side of FM3009! This place has it all — playground equipment, a pavilion, ball fields, trees, open spaces — nothing short of amazing for Texas. There are only two downsides. First it is impossible to walk to this park due to FM78. Second, it isn’t exactly large, so if there is an event going on it pretty much takes up the whole thing. But other than that a nice little green space with actual things to do on this side of town.
