Utility District of Hawkins County

This is the water company for Church Hill. I think the Main Street address listed here at this time is out of date — they moved down the road a couple miles to a nice new building. Very friendly staff. The stars are for the staff, payment processing, convenience, customer service and building. They have a drive thru like a bank that you can pay your bill at. Or you can call and talk to a person who knows what they’re talking about and pay over the phone with a credit card with no extra charge. I’ve never had such a friendly utility company! Although, I do have to say, when the electric goes out (which it does a lot here), there is a tendency for water problems. But I’m clueless on those matters. All I know is I’ve rarely, if ever, had anyone be nice when paying a utility, but at this water company it’s very pleasant. (Except when they take your money of course… but, it is reasonable.)
