I came in over a broken iPad screen, after 2 days I received it back and added the screen protector for an additional $ 25. When I got home, we realized the home button wasn’t properly working so I retuned it and picked up the following day. It seems to me the screen protector is no longer on the iPad so I go back to the store and the man at the counter tells me it is, calls the owner and he confirms. Few days later my son breaks the screen. I go back, 2 days later its ready for pick up. They charge me another $ 30. Fine, whatever. It was their mistake for not putting the screen protector, but they did remember me and offered to fix the problem. Again I go home and my son breaks the screen, at this point I am thinking«Wth, why didn’t they put the screen protector again!?» I call, I tell the man at the counter, «hey fyi I came in to get my screen replaced because you failed to add the PAID screen protector, be careful next time or give me the option to purchase it a second time» and he tells me «sounds like you shouldn’t give your son an iPad, find something else for him to play with.» Lol. Granted, he may be right, but aren’t they there for that reason. I paid for my services and I was only expecting the same level of respect! His comment made my rating go from 5 to 2 in .1 second. Your services aren’t free, my time was definable wasted going back to give you a second and third opportunity to fix YOUR mistake! Anyway, owner was always courteous and he did fix my iPad as promised. My rating is based on that one comment, all that time wasted going back and forth, and $ 160 spent only to be left with a broken screen.

Came in on a co-worker’s recommendation to fix my freshly cracked screen on my iPhone 5c. I came in asked if they can fix my screen they said yes followed by the price. I said a-ok and they even dropped the price a few bucks. Francisco got to work and before I can finish an article from one of their magazines he was done and sent me on my way. Quick, efficient, and friendly. Even came with a 30 day warranty and a new home button! Fair price but make my mistakes feel painless when forking over my damaged goods. Kudos to this business that’s over a decade old.
