HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, AND EVEN WORSE ACCOUNTABILITY
I went almost two weeks ago around 10:50 pm for a late meal, when I seen there were cones and paving being done but restaurant was still open.2 cars were in front of me as I pulled up I heard the cars ordering and when it came to be my turn the employee told me SORRY WERE CLOSED EARLY DUE TO PAVING! Let me say that I was the last car due to drive thru being blocked off after me and I asked the lady so why did u accept the car in front of me? She told me he didn’t take his order? So now I’m stuck in drive thru. cannot exit and had to wait for others to get there food and come to find out the guy did get to order so she basically LIED and said otherwise, and there were NO SIGNS STATING A EARLY CLOSE! I called the next day and the so called manager didny aplogize and offered me some cheesy coupons smh. They will never get my money again!
