Terry is an amazing Realtor. She worked with me tirelessly in 2008 to help me purchase my first home. Being a 1^st time home buyer in a market which was in the toilet; my ceiling was not very high and most of what I could afford were Short sales. Terry must have showed me 20 places and made at least 10 offers before one was accepted.
While every realtor works for a commission, it was obvious Terry was seriously committed to helping me and my fiancé better our lives by finding us the right home. I will never forget the day we got our keys and I will be forever grateful to her as many realtors would not have gone above and beyond the way she did.
The story gets even better. In 2011 the condo next door opened up and Terry helped my fiancé with another short sale purchase and now we own 2 very nice condos next to each other and rent one and live in the other. She even reccommended the broker who gave us an awesome loan.
More than a service provider I made a friend for life. As we prepare to expand our family and will want more room Terry is the only realtor we will consider.
