Food was tastless, chow mein was mushy, the beef and broccoli was slimy, the sweet and sour chicken was colorful but had zero flavor, rice was supposed to be fried rice but it tasted like steamed. The restarant is in need of a deep cleaning and a new coat of paint. The woman who helped me seemed preoccupied. I live a block away and my food was cold when I got home. Prices were good though. Maybe they were just having an off night but I won’t go back

Average food. Typical buffet choices. $ 1.75 per item is fantastic pricing! Everything is put in a Styrofoam box. Take out orders are put in a plastic bag, eat-in orders are put on a tray. Most people take out orders to go. CASHONLY. There is only one table and two small counters. Seating for about 8 people total. VERY dirty eating area(see pictures). NO bathroom.

I’ve been here a couple of times over the years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly and prices are the best. Fried rice has an amazing flavor to it, chow mein tastes a little off sometimes, but not bad. They take cash only and have a small dinning area, I recommend taking it to go.

Cheap and affordable lunch, dinner, or party trays. Great quality. Delicious food. Been to many Chinese to-go restaurants and this is the best I’ve had yet. Highly recommended. Yum.

The food was pretty good and the lady that served me was very nice. This place is very affordable, only 5.75 for a 3 item plate. I recommend you try there sweet and sour chicken, it’s very good. Cons– –They have a fountain drink machine, but it doesn’t work. –Place is very small, I’m going to guess about 6 people fit in the eating area. –No ac in the restaurant, so you better make your order to go. –They only take CASH, so NO credit or debit cards accepted.

My fiancé and I came here last week after we were craving some chinese food. Apparently we came about 30 minutes before their closing time. The woman working here was RUDE. Not once did she smile, let alone we weren’t even greeted upon entering. If you work face to face with people, it helps to smile. The food was awful. We live approximately 3 minutes away and when we sat down to eat, everything was COLD. The only thing that we got that tasted good were the crème cheese wontons. Other than that, everything was a complete waste. When we noticed there were no noodles and only rice, we asked if there’d be more soon. The response we got was«We close in 30 minutes», with an angry face accompanying it. A simple«Im sorry, we’re not cooking anymore for today» would’ve been nice to hear. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back. The service is bad, food is just as bad if not worse. I’ll stick to driving to 3rd Ave & Orange for the chinese food. It’s a longer drive, but my food is still hot when I get home.

Best Chinese fast food in San Diego HANDSDOWN! The flavor in the food is really amazing! The portions are huge and you can’t beat the pricing. I recommend everyone give it a try, you’ll be hooked. :)

CASHONLY

Went for lunch for a quick bite to eat. Orange chicken was ok. I’ve had better. Selection was average. Chow mein looked like it was sitting out for a few hours. Serving size was good. Filled up my plate till it was about to over flow the sides. I like that alot. Positive note there combo specials were priced well and included with drink and soup.

I love this place, they have great fast service & you’re greeted as you walk in. For about 4.50 you get hooked up & the lady piles on the food! Super worth it if you’re looking to get full on a budget. Not to mention the workers are friendly. Plus it’s a chill, clean environment. The orange chicken & the garlic chicken wings are to die for & the noodles are flavorful. They only accept cash.

The food is average chinese that will satisfy your craving. The plate is $ 4.50 and the portions are HUGE which a plus! Considering panda charges double the price and gives you half the portion & less taste. They have two kinds of orange chicken; regular and spicy. The noodles are good and the fried rice is okay. Service is fast and friendly. & once again. CASHONLY :|

Every time I stop by Subway next door, I always get the urge to stop by here and try it out but I never have cash on me. I absolutely hate when business don’t accept debit/credit. Anyway, It’s a small joint and kept clean. I had the basic steam rice/noodles, orange chicken and beef & broccoli for $ 4.50, not bad at all. The lady seriously HOOKED it up. My friend and I ate of that plate and we both were full. The orange chicken was tasty. Very good! The noodles for some reason smelled somewhat to a cigarette bud. But, it defiantly had a burnt smell to it. Overall. I’m giving this place 3.5 stars because its cheap, decent food with really good orange chicken and good quantity.
