I like a better service. There is an area on the top right of the coffee machines that is designed to hold the sleeves, that area is not designed for putting the salt and pepper. When you serve a grande or venti hot drink with the sleeve on the glass you give a full service to your customers just think that it is a lot of hot water and it just take a couple of seconds to do it. I don’t like that a person that is coming out from the restroom touch the sleeves that are on the actual basket. Starbucks is removeing in all the stores the sleeve holders form the customer area.

Even when it is crazy packed you can always count on the Starbucks employees to be quick in preparing your order. At times the quality of the product will vary but can often be attributed by the fact that they may have had to rush. Therefore, the promptness of your order can be considered both a blessing and a curse.

not only the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, but single handedly, the worst coffee shop I have ever been to. point blank, period. there are many different situations I could discuss in this Unilocal review to prove my point, but I think this morning’s instance takes the cake. this morning, at this particular Starbucks, it was really busy. that’s expected, and I did not mind that whatsoever. as a former barista myself, I try to exercise patience when it comes to people in the food service/customer service industry. that being said, I had to wait TWENTY(20) minutes for ONE pastry. yes, you read that right: TWNETYMINUTESFORONEPASTRY. I idly waited around in the lobby for a good 10 – 15 minutes; I figured, hey, they’re busy, they’ll get around to it soon. after about 15 minutes, I brought it to the attention of one of the baristas. she gave me a half-a$$ed apology, and said it would be up soon. another 5 minutes go by and nothing. the baristas apparently thought getting out everyone els’s pastries before mine took precedence. another customer noticed me, and she even had to complain that I was waiting so long for ONE thing.(thank you so much, by the way, angel of a customer) after all that, they didn’t offer me any sort of compensation. no sincere apology, no offer for a refund or a free drink. when I asked for their district manager’s name, a barista with a name starting with«K» rudely blurted out, «we don’t have a district manager.» okay. I ultimately left fuming. they could have rectified the situation by at least giving me a sincere apology, not just a generic, «sorry» and a shrug of the shoulders. bottom line: this Starbucks is full of insincere, slow, rude baristas who need to relearn a thing or two about giving«legendary service.»

It always makes me laugh when I’m waiting for my drink. This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to that puts their straws on the other side of the counter where customers cannot get to them without having to reach over for them… Hence they’re hand written sign. «Please don’t reach for straws» well how about you try giving us a straw with our drink… So we won’t have to reach over. Pre ordered 3 drinks this morning. Got one at a time and each time a straw wasn’t given made me chuckle. So drink number 1 Venti Iced cold brewed Caramel Coffee w/2% and 2 splendas. Easy right? I got a grande, no milk and no splendas when it was clearly printed on the sticker on the side of the cup. Drink 2 Venti Upside down caramel macchiato w/chocolate drizzle as opposed to caramel. It wasn’t upside down and no drizzle of anything whatsoever. Drink 3 Grande iced hazelnut coffee. Got a regular iced coffee… *face palm* I wish my experience was as enjoyable as writing this review.

It was my first time visiting this location and it was fairly busy + it was a hot day so most customers were ordering iced and blended drinks and the drink orders were backing up. I was patient as I could see this, however, because it was easier for the baristas to multitask making cold drinks they made several customers orders who ordered well after me. The barista brewed the espresso for my hot drink directly into the paper cup and left it on the machine for about 4 minutes allowing the espresso to sit and expire before finishing the drink. If it wasn’t busy and in a hurry I would have asked that they remake my drink because at $ 4 of pop, I’m wasn’t happy. If this is a common practice when it’s busy then I would avoid this location due to the lack of quality.

Okay so the people at this Starbucks are just plain unpleasant. They need to have some coffee or something to help them break out of their not so social moods. I have been to this location for the past two days in the morning and had the worst experience. Yesterday morning and this morning I wanted to gag on the coffee they gave me. I had to go back into the store to have them add more sweetener. I mean how hard is it to make a cold brew coffee and add sweetner and milk? Apparently difficult. Yesterday I was ignored. There was no line and they literally«both» walked away and didn’t even try to take my order. The barista who made my drinks was blah. Like dude… it’s to early to have a bad day… your job is to provide happiness in a cup. Put a smile on your damn face and be nice. All of you. Today I asked to have them do two separate transactions to give me two stars and the guy didn’t do it. I was at my free drink star too I am definitely not going back to this location. Horrid customer service. I’d prefer to give them no stars.

What can I say? It’s what you would expect from a Starbucks. The place is always crowded so it’s hard to find a seat to work inside. The WiFi is sloooooooow. It’s a typical Starbucks. The drinks are good, the bathrooms are clean and it’s a place to go when I need to work.

This is my place. I wrote a tip a while back ranting about their running out of pumpkin spice so early in the season but I have to give it its proper due. They’ve renovated so it looks like it could be dropped in the middle of a really hipster area and they’d fit right in, though their employees look conventional. Even when lines are busy their service is fast. Their bathroom is clean. My husband and I prefer them to a location closer to us because their coffee is better, location bigger and employees more personable. We just like them better overall. I’m not taking any points off for it but there is an older lady in this location who told us some breakfast sandwiches we wanted had run out but hadn’t. She’s also odd at the register, like ready to be combative. But I think that’s when she was new. She’s better now lol.

I usually don’t love Starbucks because they don’t offer almond milk and it drives me NUTS but this location is so close to my work and it’s convenient! The baristas that work the early morning shift are always extremely nice and welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience.

This Starbucks ranks high on ambiance. The new setup is very modern and looks fantastic. The ordering line /pickup station seems backwards, when you enter you run into a bunch of people waiting on their drink. Minor though, really like the store. The drinks are your Starbucks usual… and are consistent. The only drawback here is that the regular staff are not that friendly. They’re not unfriendly, just not fun and happy at like some of my other favorite locations.

I use to love this place still do but unfortunately after the remodel I avoid it, you cannot grab a cup of coffee and take a seat because it’s like a study hall and most of the people there weren’t consuming anything at the time, and most of the people where there alone taking up a table of 4, so basically no place to sit except outside and these nights are pretty chilly! this is the definitely the starbucks to grab and go!

After a 3 week closure for remodeling this starbucks has finally opened back up. The remodeling looks great but the layout was obviously done without common sense. Customers walk to the middle of the store to order their drink then walk back towards the entrance to the end of the counter where the drinks are given out. The customers waiting for their drinks and the customers walking in are bumping into each other as they have to cross paths. The customers walking in have to go by the congregating group waiting for their drinks, really? Yet the other half of the store/counter is completely empty. Now, the barista that has trash duty has to push the huge trash bin through the store where customers sit and then out the front door. Overall, this place is great. The employees are great and the service is great. But the new layout is terrible.

I love java no matter what time of the day, I hang out here in this particular Starbucks with friends and family. It’s in a convenient spot kinda one stop shop. I love the new renovated place really spice thing up in Eastlake area more classy and very sophisticated yet down to earth. I like all the staff they may not know me personally but they are very welcoming and friendly we’ll at least most of them are. Keep it up guys.
