Extremely poor customer service and experience, no show and Robert is unprofessional and rude. Unfortunate as we were actively trying to get them additional big $ work, in fact, now I will tell all to go elsewhere.

Beto… the guy has become a douche. I don’t know what’s up with him but he promised me a couple of days in advance that he’ll have the water Heater installed. The next day comes around he’s no where to be found, not even a phone call notifying me about his «No-​Show».
a couple of hours later I give him a call and he tells me he got caught up in Oceanside with a big project and was unable to show up th e same day. He later tells me he’ll come first thing in the morning (7:30a.m) to have it installed and I inform him that once the job is complete I’ll pay him directly afterwards. What Happens? He calls my tenant and tells them that he’ll be over shortly and then asks my tenants how he’s going to get paid (etc) … a couple hours passed and the tenant calls me yelling at me for his «No-​Show». So I give him a call once again, and he promises me that he’ll be over promptly after he’s done with his current location… once again. more than a couple of hours have passed I decide to give him a call. He ignores 3 of my calls and a couple of texts. … (all I wanted from you was to let me know that you weren’t going to show, so I could have time to find a more reliable plumber that’s not leading people on)
to conclude He was a reliable and a very friendly person I had the pleasure of doing business with in the beginning… but since my first review I cannot say that is still relevant. I personally don’t want to put any personal «assumptions» in my review but I feel this is the proper time to do so. Beto Go FUK yourself, you racists little prick I hope your business gets swallowed up by all the competitors you’re faced with on a daily basis.
(Viewers) Do yourself a favor and have a couple of backups just incase this tool bag decides to flake on you.

I was having main line issues at my home in Lemon Grove. After spending an exorbitant amount with another «wholesale plumber» that I found on Angie’s List, I was still having problems. Beto, the owner, was referred to me by our handyman. He came out, assessed what was going on and taking into account that I had just been ripped off by another plumber, gave me an outstanding deal to not only fix the issue but replace what the other plumber had done. The work was done on time with no issues.

I had a great experience with speedy plumbing and Drain Cleaning. This company was very professional. I have had them visit my home four times. Each time was the same. We scheduled a time to meet at my place for a free estimate. The company arrived on time. They came and identified the problem. I was then giving an estimate and a time frame the job would be completed. I agreed to the estimate and had them complete the job. Each time I had a great experience. Great pricing, very honest, and their work provided a warrantee. The work I had completed was a hot water pipe re-​route, I had them install two toilets, and a kitchen sink with new pipes.
