Extremely awful customer service!!! I went in to buy some clothes for an upcoming vacation and they had many 50% off signs through out the store. I tried on some outfits and decided to purchase two blouses and a pair of shorts. One of the blouses I chose was on a table with a 50% off sign when they gave me the total the girl asked if I wanted to apply for a credit card so I could get the discount because one of the tops was regular price. I told her that I had chosen the blouse from the 50% off table. I went to check the table they had taken the signs away only from that table. They must of done it as I was trying on the clothes. I told the girl that they had taken the signs away and she looked at me like I was out my mind. I told one of the girls who was helping me that the signs were there and if they had taken them out. She practically ignored me and went to talked to another customer who appeared to be her friend. After experiencing that, all I wanted to do is take off, I was so appalled by their reaction that they thought I was not going to notice what they had done. I only decided to purchase one outfit and left the other top there. I worked in retail many years and I know that customers have the right even to contact the stores district manager when they have a bad experience in the store. I plan to do just that and never shop there again.

If I could give zero stars then believe me, I would. I came here on my birthday with a gift card, shopping for some nice blouses. They had a 50% percent off everything in the store sale, which was awesome. The reason I knew this was because of the many signs around the store promoting it, not one employee greeted me or informed me of the sale. Once I had my blouses picked out, I remembered I also had a coupon. I looked around for an employee and found one, about 5’5, she was on the heavy-heavy side, brassy blondish brown have tied back in a ponytail(sorry, I didn’t get her name) She was standing near me and appeared to be tagging clothing with sensors. I approached her and proceeded to ask her a question regarding my coupon and gift card and NOTONCE did she look let alone glance at me while I was speaking. After I finished my question there was a long pause, as if I went completely unacknowledged. Finally, she replied to me, still not looking me once. As I started to walk away to find a fitting room she suddenly and cheerfully asked me if I wanted to apply for a credit card with her. I responded«no» and then she started trying to persuade me into applying for one. Let me tell you something, If you’re going to be rude to me and then suddenly you want to be cheerful and friendly, you have problems and have no customer service skills whatsoever. I work with people on a daily basis and I have and never will treat a client this way. I not only felt uncomfortable but I felt disrespected. The clothes are nice but you’re better off spending your cash at the nearby Macy’s or JCPenney’s.
