Movement Mortgage

Sam and his team at Movement Mortgage were outstanding at funding our loan under difficult circumstances. After we were denied a loan from one of the big banks, and asking the seller for numerous timeline extensions, Sam was able to review the property and our credit, confirm that they could fund the loan, and able to do so in record breaking time! They were incredibly efficient with gathering the required documents and information, ordering the appraisal, and processing the loan through the holidays! After our previous experience with the big bank we did not think it was possible, but Sam came through for us just in time for us to secure the property before the end of the year. Sam and his team were clear in their communications, dedicated to the timelines they had outlined, and delivered the outcome we needed. I can’t recommend Sam and Movement mortgage any higher for securing a home loan.

Their loan officer Michael Roland told us after 3wks into getting a loan that our loan was small and he didn’t give a shit about us literally his words!
We werent important enough for him, my father and I were shocked!
We’ve never been treated so poorly, I’m a small business owner myself and would never dream of treating a client like that.
Is this how they train their loan officers? How do you treat a 72yr old man and his daughter who is helping him becuase he is part deaf so poorly and be so ruthless?
Do not utilize him for a loan, we are waiting to hear from management how this all will be fixed.

What can I say. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Samuel Lee on 2 different occasions. I moved from Kansas and wanted to purchase a house. It wasn’t easy being self employed and my wife had just started a new job. Sam worked diligently and was able to get us approved.
The second time I had the opportunity to work with Sam things were just as great and the entire team was awesome. I had a personal situation that I needed to refinance and pull some money out. I needed the transaction to be as stress free as possible because of my situation and that is exactly how the Movement Mortgage team handled it.
