Hi my name is Robert H. Garcia. Before I started Dr. Silva’s program I weighed 285lbs. Really close to 300Lbs. I was really getting worried about myself. I was already having a hard time breathing, gasping for air, taking lots of naps during the day, very high blood pressure, bad migraine headaches, sleep apnea, snored very loud, and having a hard time tying my shoes. My stomach was touching the steering wheel. Pretty much with everything I did, I struggled at.
I started going for walks. Then after a couple of weeks of that I started riding a bike for a month. It wasn’t doing enough for me, but I was still eating poorly. So I started to jog, which brought me down to 270lbs. I decided to do something different with my life… physically.
I started Dr. Silva’s program, which changed my whole eating habits. I lost 75lbs after 4 months. I now weigh 210lbs. I feel really good. I’m out and about, running around with my two daughters on the soccer field. Running laps, exercising, lifting weights. Now I don’t struggle tying my shoes or even breathing. There’s times when I have more energy where I don’t even have to take a nap. Bottom line there has been so many things that have improved mentally and physically with myself. My self-​esteem is up. No headaches. Making better decisions generally with everything. This is a transformation in my life.

Coming from my dentist… out of curiosity! I stepped in Dr. Silva’s beauty clinic. Upon entering, I was greeted by a charming and very friendly lady named Sheila and the rest was history. I asked her if she can recommend an eye cream which she did, Sheila also offer me a hydrafacial which I scheduled for me and my husband but need to cancel due to unexpected appointment. Days went by, Sheila called me again to tell me that they are having special on facial peels at a discounted price so I’m happy to schedule that. This will be my very first facial peel ever and kind of scared but Sheila made me feel comfortable and assure me that everything will be ok and I will be happy with the result which I am. I, then scheduled the hydrafacial which I went with Sheila again. I’m hooked forever as I love how Sheila made me feel special and treat me like a VIP… Thank you! Ms. Sheila… It’s so obvious that you love what you do… Keep-​up the excellent customer service with a smile :)

I love Dr. Silva, she’s so kind and really cares about her patients. She knows what looks good depending on your face and personality. Sonya is also amazing. I’ve gone in five times with her to minimize my acne scars with the rejuvapen treatment and she’s so gentle and effective. I highly recommend them. Wonderful staff, great parking, and extremely professional. I won’t go anywhere else.

Almost 20 pounds off on my first round of HCG! I got sick 3 weeks in with the flu so I couldn’t stick to the diet plan for a week and a half. She listens to your weight goals and don’t recommend that horrible extreme weight loss diet. She encourages you to make a change in your eating habits.

I have only been going a few short months however my face was in terrible shape with dark spots and acne scars. I was so depressed and embarrased to go in. But I did and I am so happy! I wish I had done this a LONG time ago. Everyone is so warm and friendly! I have been seeing Nallely and she had already worked miracles on my face in two visits! They are not pushy to by their products but when you do you will fall in love with them. Their prices compare to those out in the department stores and are very reasonable. I love this place, its a little peach of heaven!

Dr. Silva is amazing! My assistant had some fillers and botox done it turned out perfect. The staff is super friendly and fast. I can not say enough great things about this practice.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Melinda Silva and her entire staff. I am 55 years old, female and having hormonal imbalances due to menopause. If someone tells you that a doctor saved their life and made the new life a much better one, you might think they are exaggerating. Dr. Silva did just that for me and I will be forever grateful for her expertise and dedication. When I approached her about wanting to loose 100 plus pounds she asked me if I trusted her. Having just known her for a few moments but having known she had been a family member’s doctor, I told her yes. That was one of the best decisions of my life and it is the gift that keeps on giving. Dr Silva is the best. She keeps abreast of the latest techniques and medical treatments. It’s evident she puts her patients first above high prices. She takes her time with you. You never feel rushed. This women truly had a heart of gold. Her staff is very accommodating too.

I am a naturally cautious and suspicious person most probably due to my prior law enforcement career. I was referred to Dr Silva from a colleague as I was experiencing very low energy levels and other physical symptoms of extreme stress. I came here recently thanks to the amazing deal I got for 20 units Botox. She was warm, humbling, and very comforting! I had only done it once before so I was ready for the pain… Much to my surprise it was not bad at all!!! Especially once she offered a small ice-​pack prior to injections, I didn’t feel a thing! You’d be surprised how many offices don’t offer this small gesture such as an icepack, but it makes all the difference between comfort, and pain! Would highly recommend! I will definitely be back in a few months for the next round.

Dr. Melinda Silva is the most caring and genuine doctor I have ever met! She is such a special person, once you meet her you know that you are at the right place. She really listens to you and truly cares about you and your health. I have been seeing Dr. Silva to try and balance my hormones and lose weight. After my thyroid surgery through Kaiser Oct 2011 and gaining weight taking prescribed
Thyroid meds losing my hair felling not normal the Doctors would not listen to me that I feel terrible. I saw Dr Melinda Silva in July 2012 after gaining 4 – 6 pounds per week and at surgery was 130 and now was at 158 and count and hardly eating anything and the Doctors still telling me Diet and exercise will take care of everything.
And again the Doctors were not listening to me since I was exercise every day for 35 minutes and hardly eating and still gaining weight.
So I saw Dr Melinda Silva in July 2012 and she put me on her NATURE-​THROID and in the first week of taking it I lost 6 pounds and now I am at my normal weight 130

I want to add to my previous review: After years of low energy, gaining weight, feeling unwell all of the time and my doctor not listening to me, Dr. Silva gave me my life back. Everyone comments on how well I look. I’ve finally started losing weight (not with HCG), working out and I feel fabulous. Dr. Silva is not only a diet doctor, as her web address implies, but she is a god send for those of us that can hardly function every day. I will always be grateful to her for listening and for giving me the medicine I need to live a full, active, happy life.
