Lofgren Terrace

Beautiful military townhomes installation right here in East Chula Vista. They range from 2 to 3 bedroom townhomes but NO Pets are allowed in the housing community. Next to the leasing center is a swimming pool with a barbecue pit, awesome for a great sunny day to spend time at. And throughout the community are parks for the children and basketball courts for everyone to enjoy. Just a couple miles away from here is an outdoor shopping mall called Otay Ranch Center. A great shopping mall to take your families to. Also just a couple miles away are two lakes called Otay Lakes and Eastlake and both lakes have awesome running trails to run through. Across from the housing is also Southwestern Community College for those interested in going back to school, it’s right across the street!!! The leasing office here is awesome. When they can, they will respond to any discrepancies to your house the same day. And any other problems that you have within your home they will take care of in a timely manner. Never had a problem with them yet.
Just the community itself is really nice and clean with a lot of shopping centers to choose from. This place has my five stars.
