I love Dr. Cochran and her crew. The staff is professional. I get my appointments. Dr. Cochran always takes the time to take care of my and my families needs.

Dr. Joy Emmanuel-​Cochrane has been my doctor for the past 2.5 years. She is an amazing and caring doctor. The office is well staffed with very helpful and supportive staff. The offices are very clean and well maintained. They also have a physical therapy practice in the same building. I highly recommend that if you live in this area to take on Dr. Cochrane as your family doctor. You will not be dissapointed. I also LOVE That they are open till 6:30pm!

It’s hard to obtain an appointment. I am a new patient and it will take me months to schedule just to get a physical. I am looking for a new doctor now. It’s hard just to get the staff to have the doctor call you back. The staff said she does not do that.

No one likes the doctor but this ladie is cool with me, her name Joy Cochran very serious but friendly. I never have time to give a review because service is very speedy and I’m always in and out! She is very effective I like her alternative herbal methods first in place of Rx meds! I get almost any thing I want and need as far as my health care goes and I am very pleased about that. She and her staff are very friendly and they are very prompt with answers and results. As far as the URGEnT aspect I’m unsure but she does specialize in facial product and diet planing

I went here as a patient a handful of times & was treated by Dr Joy Emmanuel. My first visit was as a new patient and it was ok. The reason I chose this place was it is close to my home. My next visit I had a horrible rash after returning from Florida, which turned out to be bug bites. Dr Emmanuel told me I had scabbies &. Referred me to dermatologist. After several days of applying every steroid type of cream totally bleaching my house I found out it was not scabbies. Several months later I was diagnosed with cancer &. Scheduled a visit with her to get some sedatives. She could have cared less that I had cancer &. Just said to make sure I sent lab results to her office. She has no bedside manner or compassion whatsoever. Additionally, I tried to make an appt for UTI and couldn’t get in for a week. There was also a few times when I called and receptionist doesn’t answer phone so I left a voicemail and they didn’t call me back for 3 days. There is nothing urgent about this clinic and I don’t recommend it for anyone!
