The burgers are not beef. Not sure what they’re made of but it didn’t taste appetizing at all. The workers are very nice and the service was great but none of our party enjoyed our food. My bf got the«burger», I had the hot dog, kids got chicken dippers and vanilla twirl. Everything tasted gross. I think it’s a chain thing and not location specific. Sorry Jollibee but we won’t return.

Ordered the 2piece spicy chicken joy which was really tasty. However in combination with the gravy and the side of mashed potatoes it got overwhelmingly salty. Would probably recommend ordering a different side or just rice instead.

One of my favorite chicken places. Their staff is always polite and helpful. Food is great and prices are reasonable. My order was delicious. But if you order something aside from chicken joy, it might not be as delicious. My brother ordered the chicken strips but the strips seemed more of skin than chicken itself and over cooked. You might as well go to KFC for that price and the chicken wouldn’t be disappointing.

This reviews is only for customer service. I’m giving them 1 star for poor customer service. My dad had preordered 3 buckets of chicken to be picked up in the morning at 8:30. After ordering he specifically ask the cashier to make sure it the order would be ready. The cashier confidently assured my dad his order would be ready. When I arrive to pick up the order, the female cashier addressed me by name and was aware of the order but when she went to the kitchen the supervisor Tony was unaware of the order. He fumbled through orders on their bulletin board but the cashier informed him it was saved in the register. I told him my dad called the day before to order. He stated that there was a problem with the fryer but said he can make more chicken in 20 minutes. I didn’t have time to wait. I asked for whatever chicken they had made. All Tony can say is «I apologize». His apology isn’t going to help me when I arrive at a party with less chicken to feed my guest. Good thing CHOWKING is in the same food court and had an abundance of chicken available. My advice to anyone ordering from Jollibee is arrive 30 minutes before your pick up time, let them know you are there so that they can cook it just in case your order is misplaced or saved in the register.

I’ve only gone here for one thing and one thing only. The halo-halo, sure there are other locations that I could have gone and enjoyed better. The location of this place is the main reason why I just go here for the halo halo. Its pretty dang good. Its located in the Seafood City Market so when you’re done grocery shopping head on over to the food court and enjoy their halo halo.

The fried chicken here is so good! It has a lot of meat and the skin is tasty and crispy. I’m go glad that it comes with rice. Being Asian and all, I don’t have to go to KFC anymore and buy chicken and then bring it home to add my own rice.

This is one of those restaurant chains that is all over the world that caters to Filipinos and their taste buds. The food is good but not the healthiest. The burger is ok. A lot of other places do it better. The chicken is really good, flavorful, and can be greasy but awesome. The little burgers are like crack. If you have one you feel like having another one. At a $ 1 each it is easy to go over board on them. This location is located inside Sea Food City. Plenty of parking most of the day but I can see this place packed on the weekends when families go out to do their shopping.

I would give it 3.5 stars. We ordered the friend chicken meals that came w/various sides. I thought the chicken was good, pretty big, and not dry. It was a little greasy and lacked flavor, but it’s fried chicken at a fast food place. I really liked the gravy! The mashed potato was like any other mash potato. We also tried the halo halo and a boba type drink. The halo halo was refreshing even though I don’t like coconut, but there is a better and cheaper halo halo in the same food court area. I still like KFC a little better.

Good chicken, but SO greasy. A lot meatier than KFC. Gravy with rice and chicken? Yum. Also tried their halo halo, which was okay. Pearl

I remember growing up and loving Jollibee’s spaghetti. I still like it, but not as much as I used to. It’s a little runny, but still weirdly and deliciously sweet. Their chicken is good, but it needs to be on the spicy side for me to eat. The regular is just too regular for me. In my eyes, KFC can do better. My most recent attachment at Jollibee is their corned beef, rice, and eggs plate, which they, unfortunately, only serve during breakfast. If they served it throughout the day, I’d probably visit more often. This one is located in Seafood City, so you eat in a food court type setting, which is not bad. I find it very convenient because you can shop around before and after your meal. It’s pretty new and clean, so no complaints from me there. Service here is better than the one in National City, but it’s nothing to write a review about.

I came here for one reason… to try out their Legendary Chicken I keep hearing about. I ordered my food and unfortunately it took over 20 minutes to get my order. I can understand if the place was busy, but it wasn’t. This is where I have a serious problem with Jollibee… Their Attitude. First, there was the customer in front of me. They were tired, exhausted from being at the Comic-Con all day and just wanted their food. Unfortunately, Jollibee kept screwing up their order and they had just as long a wait as I did. *NOTE~ They were the only people in front of me. After 15 minutes of waiting for my 2 piece Chicken with Mash Potatoes & Gravy and a side order of a Spam Sandwich(I wanted to try it out) I went up to the counter and asked for my food. The Cashier basically forgot about my order. As a matter of fact, she had to ask for my receipt to clarify my order. I’m like, «You’ve got to be kidding me.» After an extra 5 minutes, I finally got my order. I would expect that after waiting 20 minutes for a 2 piece Chicken that I would get fresh crispy chicken… that was not the case. The Chicken tasted stale, like it was sitting in the bin for quite a while and the only thing that was fresh was my Spam Sandwich. We are paying customers and to act like you don’t care is just wrong. You can say that I probably don’t know what I’m talking about, but I was at one time an Assistant Manager of a Highly Rated Restaurant many years back. I now work a Government Job which is why I got out of the restaurant industry. If this is what Jollibee is all about, then I highly recommend not coming here. I’ve had better and crispier chicken and the long wait was ridiculous. It’s a sad shame that I’m giving Jollibee One Star because if it was up to me, I wouldn’t give them a star… I can only give them my two cents of the place…
