I wrote a BBB complaint against this shop because he refused to make good on his guarantee. He also charged me a lot higher than his quoted $ 75 for a power steering replacement.
I can understand that an automobile technician can’t account for every problem that arises, but it’s how you deal with customers after they pay you that separates the professionals from the amateurs. JapanTech are a bunch of amateurs.
