I really want to give more stars because the owner is lovely and charming. The cleaning that did happen was pretty good and no problem at all there.
The reason for three stars only is because when she left and I went around the house to get happy about everything being clean, I noted that the kitchen hadn’t been touched AT ALL. None of the counters were wiped down and the stovetop was still dirty and the sink hadn’t been cleaned or wipes down. Then when I went into my bedroom the dresser and nightstands still had layer of dust, not touched at all.
When I contacted her about it, I asked if that was intentional and do those services cost more. She replies that yes, indeed, they do cost more. And when I inquired how much more, I got no response. So after paying her $ 160 to clean a 1500 square foot condo, I felt the service didn’t really match the price.
I would recommend her for the skill because what was done was done well, but the whole experience left me less than satisfied…
