Let me just begin by saying they are still working on our project but I just couldn’t wait to write a review about this company!!! We are doing some MAJOR renovations to our home and the team has done a wonderful job so far! We couldn’t be more pleased with how things are turning out. Chris the project manager and Jamie the owner is always available for my calls. Carlos and his team who are on sight are doing a great job keeping the mess to a minimum. When I return home the house is left in a way that still feels like home. Now let me share with you exactly what has been done. Our martini bar was removed, our entry raised concrete was lowered, Title floor removed and prepped for wood floors, the old shelfing in our family room removed and at last the wall to the formal areas was opened to created a open concept.
Unfornutaly we have run up against a leak and water damage but I feel confident that they will take care of us.

The management company my HOA uses hired this business to restore my bathrooms after I had a pipe leaking in the wall. They did an ok job on my home, nothing special, and the owner Jaime seemed nice enough. They didn’t clean up very well and I would recommend taking photographs of the area they are working on before they start (I had a few thoughts of was that like this before?). They lose another few stars because of Josh. At first Josh seemed nice enough, but after the first visit he showed up late for each appointment we had. The last appointment we had today, he showed up an hour late and didn’t say a word about it. No apology, nothing. I informed Jaime about this and told him I thought what happened was very unprofessional. Jaime apologized, but Josh never did. In the end, in my opinion, I just think Josh is a typical young, arrogant, male worker who doesn’t really believe he needs to be respectful towards young women like myself. Well, I have news for these types of guys, many of us young women have Unilocal accounts. So if I were you, I would wise up and get a serious attitude adjustment or risk being called out on Unilocal

We were unfortunately part of the Carlsbad fires this past May 2014. Thank goodness for Jaime, Josh and their peeps. Not only did they do a phenomenal
cleanup for us, but they went above and beyond and made life simpler and better. They rebuilt our fence, gates, etc and because they did such a good job, we had them do additional work in our home. All of their workers have been courteous and do a great job of cleaning up before they leave for the day. I have found them timely and always call with any time schedule changes. I can’t say enough good stuff… no hesitation to give them a great reference, I can say with conviction that you won’t be disappointed!
