I didn’t want to have to write this review and I had confidence that David would make things right but I’ve sent him an email every month, reminding him that I’m waiting for resolution, for the past 3 months and he has not bothered to reply. Since he is obviously not planning to do anything to rectify this issue I guess my best option is to warn others about his poor business practices. The company I work for paid another company thousands of dollars to create a logo and a brand. I know that a printer must know the importance of colors in branding. We were moving to a new office location and since David printed the last batch of business cards and stationary(huge order in 3 different colors), I called him to print up new cards for us(in one color and for just a few employees). When he brought in samples of the laser printed card we opted not to go with those because they were shiny and the color was off and we wanted to go with the more expensive process so that it matched the current cards. I asked him to confirm that the more expensive process would create the same orange cards and he assured me that they would and went on to explain about 4 color process and such and I asked him several times — is the orange going to match the orange we currently have and that’s all I was really worried about because nothing was changing except for the address. We used to use 3 different colored business cards and now we were only going to have one of the colors printed up in order to save money. So, his proofs did not include color and he gave me some reason and again assured me they would match our brand color orange. We get the cards and as soon as the move was complete and I had a chance to breathe I realize that the color does not match at all. Not only are the new cards a different color but even the electronic version does not match. When I asked him how his explanation of printing process could explain the difference in the electronic version I never heard back from him again. Very unprofessional. I will never use this company again for anything and I’m considering taking further action. Also, he claimed that our previous letterhead paper(Neenah /Desert Storm) was discontinued and had us pick another choice. We did and now that I’m looking to get envelopes printed(with a different printer of course) I find out that Desert Storm is indeed available and to get it I will also need to replace the letterhead he did(which has the wrong color logo anyway) so that it matches the envelopes. All in all it is quite frustrating and I’m wondering if I should contact the BBB.
