We love the place. The ceramics are pricey but the customer service is a plus! We love the lady that works there who genuinely loves ppl. Her name was Ensy. She was super friendly, accommodating not only to my son who likes to ask a ton of questions, she doesn’t get distracted and would love to come back just because she made our day. Thaaaanks!

So I’ve been to a place like this before, years ago. Decided to take my kids here to see if they’d enjoy it… So there’s a wall of ceramics you can choose from to paint. All sorts of things at various prices. The price of the ceramic is all you pay for. Choose your piece, get some paint, and get started… There’s also different stamps and stencils that you can use on your piece… When you are finished, you just bring your piece up to the counter and pay. It’ll be ready for pick up(after being put in the kiln) in one week. And if you don’t finish during your visit, they can set it aside for you to come back another time…(You only pay for the price of the ceramic piece) The lady working was very friendly and walked us through everything we needed to get started. We were there for about an hour, and she checked on us a few times to make sure we were okay. The place itself if very organized and clean. If you’re into arts and crafts, this is a pretty cool place to check out!

A little over-priced but really fun. The several times ive been here i painted a coffee mug because the mugs are on the cheaper end and also have a practical use compared to some of the stuff that’s just meant to be a decorative item. If you are unable to finish painting your item in one visit, they let you come back to finish whenever.

UPDATE: Claudia no longer works here. I would mainly come on her shifts. I would even call ahead to see of she was there. Then suddenly her shifts started disappearing, and then I stopped seeing her all together… They stopped stocking the items I liked to paint(one time I requested 5 different items and they were out of ALLOFTHEM), they were missing things I needed in order to complete projects. I actually came in to paint several items but they didn’t have the etcher, which is what I need to clean up the lines. It just got to the point where I walked in and walked right out several times. It was frustrating because I ALWAYS brought girlfriends who would drive 20+ mins to meet me and paint. Which was a waste when they don’t have the tools or the items we needed. I have no idea what changed(aside from the OBVIOUS that Claudia is missing) but it’s different since they moved upstairs… The other girls are nice, they just aren’t the same as Claudia… I’m not even saying I’ll never come back, but will I stop in 1 or 2 times a month? No way. Bring Claudia back and I will be a loyal regular customer again! Ps. When it’s 100 degrees in summer and you’re upstairs with floor to ceiling windows you HAVE to run AC. A circulating fan won’t cut it.

This is a wonderful place! There’s no studio fee so you can leave your piece there if you don’t finish or take it with you. It’s a good atmosphere and the customer service is wonderful. Their pieces aren’t too expensive, not compared to paying for the piece and a painting/studio fee.

This place is great for everyone. It’s a fun place to hang out with the ladies something different to do to rather than Starbucks. It’s also great for kids to get there creativity skills flowing. They also have monthly events. And summer camps for kids.
