Check your order. I don’t think they have ever gotten a drive through order correct. Then the receipt is conviently missing survey number. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s, where they hire better staff.

Got a breakfast meal. Regular price, service and quality you would expect. But the coffee I got with it was the worst coffee ever. Like it was from the morning before. Even after I put in 3 sugars and 3 creams still tasted worse than motor oil. Threw it out n went to 711.

The person who helped me was extremely nice, even though she was the only person serving both the window and the inside. I went through the drive-​through for lunch. A customer inside was being VERY rude to her and demeaning her. She handled it like a professional. She did not deserve that. The owner of the store needs to hire more people so she does not have to work so hard. She was going as fast as she could but the guy inside was calling her names and actually said, «you must really hate your job!». I think this is the management’s fault for not having enough people working. But she still came to the window with a smile and said, «I LOVE MY JOB!» That’s service.
I made sure to fill out the survey on the receipt so she could get recognized, it’s hardworking people like this that go unrecognized and are treated like crap by many people. The fact that she could still smile after everything was terrific and inspiring! :P

Bad customer service

Been coming here for more then 9 years I love this Burger King. They re modeled it and took down the kids play area. Much more cleanerer and it has iPads to play games on pretty cool. The burgers are always made so nice. The fries are so good and the staff is really nice too

Needed a quick dinner on the go, Not the place to do it!!! Waited 15 mins to ORDER! And the drive thru is closed! So it’s not like they were busy! Only one other family in the dinning room! Absolutely ridiculous! Close it down and bring in real fast food!

Friendly staff and good service. Never messed up my order. Reason why 3 stars is there Drive thru speaker seems to be down a lot now. This makes your drive through wait almost 15 mins!

Been sitting at the drive thru for 15 minutes now. Freaking horrible. If i knew this would take FOREVER, wouldn’t have gone here. I’m in a hurry and I’m stuck. Hate this.

Horrible.. Just ate a rubbery grilled chicken breast. This particular location’s night shift should be overhauled
