Broadway Gas & Wash

This is my first time here and I was surprised that it only has one star. The guys that work here are really nice. Apparently, it’s not called Optima anymore (different ownership now) so maybe that’s why it’s better? I’ll definitely be coming back. $ 8.99 for car wash plus vacuum and window clean. Great deal!

These people suck! I went just for a car wash. The guy at the counter said $ 6. I handed the guy $ 20 and he handed me change and the car wash receipt. I admit I didn’t pay attention and headed out the door and to the car wash. I went to tip the guys drying my car and noticed the guy had only handed me four $ 1 bills. So I went back inside and told him he didn’t give me all my change. He said no he counted it! He gave me $ 14. I said no but he insisted and continued to lie. I had just taken out $ 60 from the bank and showed him my wallet with no $ 10 bill! He continued to insist. I said check your register tonight if it over. He said yeah yeah. But we all know he pocketed it! I’m going to the BBB and filing a complaint with the district attorney’s office. He won’t get away with it!

They charge $ 0.75 to use debit card. What a rip off!
They said they ran out of tokens for the air/​water machine which was probably a big fat lie.
What a scammy business. I’m never spending any of my money here at this dump again ever.
