Don’t let them fool you they don’t care about customers or customer service. I waited 4 hours for a technician to show up and they never did. I would give them zero stars

Nice store, very neat. Amir was a great help today and was very knowledgable on all the questions I had for him. Was further distance then other stores but totally worth it. I’ll definitely be going back to this location in the future.

I live in Eastlake, but will drive the extra few miles, Nathan and Amir are the best, great customer service and it is not the cattle call Eastlake is. Will be going back to this location for sure!

Said its open at 9 but it is 9:21 and I’m waiting outside my car and there are other customers waiting in their car too… If you have a sign on the door said opens at 9 maybe you should open at 9 or change the opening time.

Love the new store location, a lot closer for me rather than going to east lake. I was helped by the sales rep named evelyn she was wonderful and polite very nice sweet young girl. I will defitnetly be back again.
