Every year for Christmas i buy a new blanket. Love this place but heard there going out of business. Are they closed down now? Or is it still up with there last sales?

I purchased 8 piece bed in a bag for $ 29 washed it in cold water only & the color faded tremendously on one side. I took it back with the receipt. I asked for a refund & went to get another one just like it & they wanted to charge me $ 10 more for the same exact item. They said that the sale was over & I should of asked for an exchanged. It had only been 1 week exactly of the first purchased. I will never shop at Anna’s Linen again & plus the assistant manager wasn’t very nice. I will be calling customer services to complain.

I just return from these hell hole place, the pilipino woman had a bad attitude. I ask for help she give me an eye ball look like «I am a bother to her». Where do they find this people and who hire them?
Wonder why they are closing a few of their location.

I wasn’t able to walk around the entire store; I only came in to look for a table cloth. The older woman who worked there was more helpful than the Filipina lady who worked in the front. Whenever I asked the Filipina lady in front for help, she gave me some kind of attitude. She seemed snooty too — it was bad costumer service on her end. Don’t know if I want to come back here.
