Adore Wedding Design

Ashley was my day of coordinator for my wedding this past November 2015 in La Jolla. She was always punctual and organized when we met up for our consultations and our venue walkthrough. It also helped that she had done past events at my venue. She set up the décor in our venue perfectly and even taped little paper mache roses I had given her to our photobooth backdrop. At the end of the event, she took care of boxing up all the décor such as the candles and the cake serving set and all the table pictures frames neatly into the box and the rest of our groomsmen just piled it into the car to take back to the hotel. Thank you Ashley for tidying up all the little details so my husband and I could enjoy our special day!

We just got married in early October, and Ashley with Adore was so great! This was a destination wedding — and it was so helpful to have her onboard as the coordinator from afar. She helped me to think through ideas for design and look of my wedding and reception — her design eye is great and her very artistic. The look of my reception was exactly like I wanted — the venue + the colors and flowers + arrangement of everything inside were spot on, and Adore helped with all of that. Ashley’s calm personality and ability to graciously handle details onsite during our wedding and rehearsal kept things perfectly orchestrated. Our wedding and reception were perfect — can’t believe it but not one thing went wrong. This is in big part to Ashley’s ability to help orchestrate all the different vendors, the timing of all the various parts of the reception, plus family needs and requests. She juggled all of these things, and was so pleasant to my family and friends, she seamlessly fit right in and helped us with so many details. I highly recommend Adore Wedding Design. Our wedding was the most important large event that I will ever plan, likely — and it was well worth the money we paid to have a talented company like Adore onboard to help me with it.

Adore Wedding Design and Ashley are definitely worth it so you can enjoy the day. We used Ashley as a Day of Coordinator. Excellent problem solving for last minute issues. Ashley was able to set everything up exactly how I imagined it, which is very impressive. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Ashley as a Wedding Planner. She was a necessary stress reliever for our wedding day. We used Ashley as our day of planner and she went above and beyond just the day of the wedding. She met with us multiple times before the wedding, so calling her a day of event planner does not do her enough justice. She helped us coordinate our ceremony and followed up with all of the vendors to keep us on track and organized for the big day. She created our timeline and helped us stay on track to make our Wedding Day run smoothly.
Ashley’s attention to the details and planning was amazing. We made our own centerpieces and table runners, Ashley set our tables and made the venue look beautiful. She picked up our dessert as they did not deliver, and helped to implement all of our DIY projects. She provided a vase for our sweet heart table flower arrangement and even had Advil on hand for my headache.
She is very professional and personable and her calm and confidant demeanor allowed my husband and I to enjoy our wedding without worrying about anything. She always made herself available if I needed her. She listened to what we wanted for our wedding day and helped to make it a reality. I may be a little biased but our wedding was Awesome! and Ashley was instrumental in making our day perfect.

Ashley was a life saver. Originally recommended to us from a cater we didn’t end up using, I am so grateful for having saved her info. Life/​wedding planning sent us many many random lemons and Ashley handled it and relieved me of much stress.
Professional, calm, friendly and more than anything there to help in anyway. Picking up dry ice for my ice cream cart when no one else could, buying a locket last min for my bridal bouquet, arranging an entertainment surprise for the groom, and always making sure we had a drink in hand at the reception!!! Ashley let this over planner/​control freak really relaxed. She assisted me with «month of services» and she was in contact with me much more than just that month, really really made an effort to set me up to be totally prepared.
After spending all of that money on the wedding. the one thing I wanted to accomplish was being able to actually enjoy myself, actually being able to sit back and be a guest, Ashley made that possible. She is a rock star and still getting compliments from my over judgmental family of how great she was… traditionally no one has wedding planners, i know I made the right choice then, during and now. Not just a luxury, a total asset and must have to properly enjoy your big day. Money well spent. In shopping and meeting some of even San Diego’s premier planners… not only is Ashley fairly priced… she blew some of those very popular planners away, no ego, no power team… just her and all of her attention on you!
