WORST!!!

I called for AC service just a simple job of hooking up a condenser but got the worst possible experience on the date of appointment.
–No one called ahead of time to say that they are coming.
–the employees looks like a hobo.
–the have the worst advices on what you need?
There’s no need to change the location of the thermostat. But they want to do that. Costs money for nothing!
They want to change the coil for the AC. There’s nothing wrong with mine. They’re brand new. I’ve had 5 others company cane over anf gave me bids already. None of them need to move the thermostat no coils changing needed.
They want to have an electrician come over to do the work before they give me an estimated on the condenser. What the heck?
I ended kicking the guy out and not letting him waste anymore of my time.
THESE PEOPLE JUST WANT YOU TO DO ALOT OF UNNECESSARY THINGS TO RIP YOU OFF AS MUCH AS THEY CAN!!!

I called this company to come to my home. They called right away and set up a time to meet. The only problem is they never came to the appointment.

Found this company on craigslist. Parents house garbage disposal was not working and we had a leak under the kitchen sink. Called Ace plumber to look at the issue. The plumber (Mohammad) that the company sent was very unprofessional. He says its going to cost $ 350 to fix the issue. Then in the middle of the repairs he’s says its going to cost another $ 160 to «Unjam the disposal» which turned out to be a coin stuck in the disposal. All in all, he charged a total of about $ 500 to fix a minor leak and remove a coin from the disposal.
Looking at the receipt later on, I found that he charged $ 185 to replace the sink strainer (part cost about $ 15-​$ 20). I was told this job would usually cost around $ 45 to do.
$ 160 to «unjam the disposal» removed a coin out of the disposal.
$ 140 with no description on the receipt. Just shows a $ 140 charge. It might have been to unclog the pipes.
On top of all this, the sink started to clog again after only 2 days. Called back. Told their dispatch about the issues we had with the tech they sent. She says she will have a manager call me back. Instead I get a call from Mohammed. He was very rude and aggressive over the phone. Told him the sink was not fixed. Right off the bat he says… I’m going to charge you again. This guy was a joke. Called back dispatch. Told her to have a manager call me back this time not Mohammad. Manager sends another guy. He had the nerve to try to charge us again to fix the problem. Apparently, the disposal was still clogged with some gunk even after the first plumber charged us to $ 140 unclog it.
Could have gotten an new garbage disposal installed for $ 350. Bad service, rude receptionists/​dispatch, unprofessional technicians. All around nightmarish experience.
Be careful, i think they have another office in hillcrest with a similar name.
Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

i called ace after seeing their internet ad that stated they would arrive the same day, in 60 – 90 minutes, ²⁴⁄₇.
i was surprised to hear that i would be scheduled for the following morning between 9 and 11 am, but decided to go ahead and schedule the appointment and was told that the tech would call me when he was en route.
dispatch called me at 10:40 am and said not to worry, they were just finishing up another job and the tech would call me soon when he was on his way.
at 11:20 am, a supervisor called me… «hey, dispatch just told me to call you, what’s up?»
i briefly described the work i needed done and he said «well, we need to send someone out there. i’ll have dispatch send someone.» to which i replied «i thought they were already sending someone, between 9 and 11 as we agreed.» i explained to him that they were already 25 minutes late and asked him to call me right back after he spoke with dispatch to let me know the new time frame. he never called back.
at 11:50 am, dispatch called me back and said they wouldn’t have anybody available until 3−5pm, however the price would be between $ 540 and $ 620.
after confirming that the 600 dollar quote for 30 minutes of work was not a joke, i thanked them for wasting half of my day and then hung up after she apologized (the reason for the second star).
i needed a ⁵⁄₈ flare fitting replaced (10 minutes) and about 1 pound of 410 refrigerant (15 minutes + $ 35/​lb)
don’t let this company waste your time or overcharge you. luckily they only wasted my time and didn’t rip me off.
