A Women’s Wellness Center

Awesome place! Erendira really cares and listens to what you are looking for. Feels good to know you have so many resources in one place, from belly dancing and qi gong to nutritional advice even to energy work like Reiki! It’s a holistic philosophy and its exactly what I love in a women’s wellness center, I just wish I could make it out there more often!!!

pros… this is one of the few places any woman can get help with just about anything. it was the brain child of Erindida Able and her husband. it was originally intended to help out women with cancer. it provided a safe and healing place to heal and get assistance for just about anything they might need.
now it is a place where any woman can promote her health and well being. the wellness center offers free or substantially reduced prices for acupuncture (bonita acupuncture clinic), chair yoga, yoga, healing touch, reiki, massage, nutritional counseling, laugh therapy, healing through dance and movement, biodanza and other forms of alternative healing. it also provides wigs to women going through chemotherapy and radiation therapy as well. it is one of a kind place, and there is nothing like it south of highway 8.
cons…wish there were more places like this around to help out more people.
