7-Eleven

It’s a hit or miss the service is good but these 3 stars are based on coffee, I got to have my fix every morning before I go to work sometimes there will be 1 or 2 coffee made or none at all :/

One of the female employees at this 7 – 11 is crazy. The parking lot is huge and it is always empty. I was picking up my Girlfriend’s Mom from the Veterans Thrift Store. I parked on the other side where the Auto Zone used to be. I was out of my vehicle for 2 minutes just to see where my Girls Mom was at. All of a sudden, some female employee came out yelling at me that she would tow my truck. I was still in the parking lot and I was actually going to go inside after I saw my Girls Mom to buy a drink. This is absolutely no way to treat customers. It was embarrassing and un-​called for. Bad enough we got sorry meter maids in this city. Now we have to worry about minimum wage employees having are personal vehicles towed…
Wow… considering every 7 – 11 I go to in Chula Vista there is homeless outside drinking bothering people, most of the stores are nasty, poorly maintained, and management is trash… must I say more, except corporate 7 – 11 needs to step up and do their jobs… And get some of these franchises owned by quality owners…
