LOVE this taco truck. Everything is made in an authentic fashion, with fresh ingredients, plenty of flavor and genuinely friendly service! The prices are extremely fair. This is a gem in the area and anyone who wants a legit taste of Mexico needs to check it out, you won’t leave disappointed. Bonus points for being right in front of a Hispanic grocerer/​store. Grab some Jarritos to go with your deliciousness!

This is some of the best tacos I’ve ever had in my entire life. Ever, in my entire life. I had the tongue, tripe and carne asada. Tripe … Geese, best I’ve ever had. Lengua! Asada. Both first class. Fast, yummy, cheap.

I only ate there once (so far), but Taqueria el Paso had some of the best tacos I have ever eaten. We tried them with beef, with pork, and with chicken. It was all completely delicious.

Way more authentic than anything else you’ll find around here. They have pollo (chicken), al pastor (pork), carne asada (beef), lengua (tongue), and tripa (stomach/​intestines) tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and tortas (sandwiches). It’s not exactly vegetarian-​friendly – I had a quesadilla with pico de gallo and salsa – but my dinnermate reported that the chorizo tacos were spicy and excellent.

This evening I started craving a burrito and decided to checkout Taqueria El Paso in Christiansburg, Va. The drive was worth it. The cooks here are warm hearted and their food is delicious. I had a burrito with everything. This includes chicken, stake, and chorizo meats along with cheese, cilantro, and pico de gallon; very delicious. I’ll return soon to explore more of what’s on their menu.
