Sci-Tech Carpet Cleaning

I met Michael from Sci-​Tech at the NRV Home and Garden Show. It was a Saturday evening and I asked him if he could get my carpets cleaned on Monday as I had company coming in from out of town and had completely forgotten to schedule a carpet cleaning. He confirmed all of my information right there, gave me a quote and promised they would call me Monday to do my cleaning. Well, he actually called on SUNDAY to confirm and then the driver called again Monday morning to let me know he was on his way. The guys who arrived at my home were polite and professional. They walked through the house with me both before and after the cleaning to make sure I was informed and satisfied with the service. To top it off, Monday afternoon, I received another call from Michael asking if I was pleased with the service. I will definitely continue to use them for all of my carpet cleaning.
