The employee, Justin, working at the kiosk was very friendly and helpful. I had just broken my iPhone 6 screen yesterday and I went to the mall today remembering that I had seen a repair kiosk there before. The price($ 137 with student discount) was a bit high for me, but it was the cheapest option that I could find locally. It took him about 15 minutes to fix it. Overall, I’d highly recommend someone to use their service.

Do not take your phone here. Tommy the manager is worthless. He left 7 screws out of my phone after two installations. The employees here know nothing about customer service. When I confronted tommy about the missing screws he said he didn’t install it, he said he doesn’t make mistakes, when I watched him do every second of the install. Upon learning all of this, I started talking to my friends and coworkers about this issue and I found out that pretty much everyone who has taken their phone here has had similar problems. You are better off ordering a replacement screen online and doing the install yourself. The district or regional manager, Chris Brown, was also no help, saying that he stands behind his manager’s work. When I spoke to Mr. Brown on the phone he told me that unless the screen was not properly installed, which it clearly wasn’t, there was nothing he could do for me. When I spoke to him a second time upon realizing the screen was NOT properly installed, he told me that I was«trying to get one over on him». This is not how a business works. If the install was properly done the first time, I would have not wasted hours(yes, hours) of my time and I would not have lost out on $ 170. I ended up installing a third screen myself, and it works perfectly. Do not waste your time or money here.
