Not trying to be rude but I have no idea why it has 3 stars their tacos were super dry and the pineapple drink tasted like metal the only thing that was good was the chips and the salsa I checked Unilocal before I ate here I checked the ratings and they were all wrong!

Delicious, authentic food and unbeatable prices. I’ve had the tacos and the burritos and both are fabulous. The ladies here are so nice and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

Asada Burrito was 5.50 and pretty good but not very big compared to others in town. Very clean place inside with friendly people staff.

Me and my work buddies eat here all the time (multiple times per week), and it’s the best mexican in town for any price. Prices are cheap too! The quality of the meat is fantastic and is what set’s it apart from other small mexican joints. The salsa they give with the chips is the best i’ve ever had and I even bought some to bring home one time and everyone else agreed too.

This place is really good for Mexican snacks like tacos and burritos. I come here very often with my colleagues for lunch and we finish pretty satisfied.
The place is small, like 6 tables. The service is always friendly and fast. The food is fresh and you can see how they are preparing it in the kitchen.
My only complain is the amount of free chips per table… it doesn’t matter if is one person or 5, you receive the same basket, and if you ask for more they want to charge you $ 2.00. The salsa for the chips is very good.
In the back is a small bakery and butchery, but I cannot say anything about that side of the business because I did not try it.
Conchitas is the only place that can compete with El Grullense (10 blocks away) for best burritos in Chowchilla.

There is nothing fancy about this place but it is definitely good eats. It is clean and family friendly. The menu is very easy to understand even if you don’t speak Spanish. The employees are friendly and the food is served quickly. Great place to go for lunch. My very favorite is the carne asada gordita, it is delicious and made fresh to order every time. Don’t forget to ask for chips!

I’m surprised at the low ratings for this little shop. I think the food is a great value for the amounts charged. It puts that pricey Mexican Restaurant in the strip mall down the street to shame.
My personal favorite is the shrimp cocktail. The servings are generous and fresh tasting. The ladies there are very friendly and pleasant. They offer a daily special. Their tortas, burritos and chimichanga’s are really tasty. It’s a great place for a fast meal. I have recommended it to my friends.

Conchita’s is a small taco shop that is nothing fancy, but has pretty good food. You can’t beat the price for a burrito. I go here often.
This place also has a Mexican bakery attached to it.
I like the Carne Asada burrito.
