The staff deserves a five star rating… at least the front desk does. They were very accommodating. We stayed in a few different rooms during the course of my brothers wedding and the staff helped my family decorate some of the rooms. However the building itself deserves a two star. The elevator as some one else mentioned in their review was janky and clanky. A couple of different times it shook violently. Also, the flooring is extremely thin so you can hear your upstairs neighbor’s every move. All though the building is new and looks modern it lacks some key features you look for. There is a pool but no hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was ok for what you’d expect at a motel.

For a hotel in Chippewa Falls this is perfect. They just opened in March and Lori at the front desk was happy and helped upgrade us to a bigger room. We were acknowledged immediately as Diamond members and given some tasty treats and a couple waters. The gym is nice; the pool is solid without any hot tub though. The hotel was clean and quiet. It’s tough to give a Hampton a 5 star but it’s the best one I’ve ever stayed at. Well done.

Newest place to stay & very nice. Clean, comfy. Love that they have lots of plugs also USB ports! Great breakfast. Only 2 things… Absolutely NO water pressure in shower/tub. AT. ALL. And both rooms had the phone ring around 4:30AM for some reason. Nobody on the line.

When we checked in, it took two employees at the computer to find our reservation. Hey, they’re new — I know it takes time to learn the software… We were on the 4th floor — and the BRANDNEW elevators were surprisingly clunky and slow. My friend has a bit of an elevator phobia, and after one trip, she took the stairs. Maybe the Hampton Inn needs to call the elevator company before the new-warranty-runs out. Back in our room after dinner, we turned on the television. Or tried to. Apparently, it’s a DISH system(also new) — and they are having some problems. We had a «no signal» error message. I called the desk… they told me I can reset the box, by moving the microwave(which is plugged in, and tucked into a built in cabinet)??? No thanks. They did offer to give us a different room. But, at that point, we were too tired for all that… Checking out, even TWO employees couldn’t figure out how to split the bill on two different credit cards. Again, I’m thinking they are all new here… and I’m a pretty patient traveler… but when I asked them if they were new? They said they’d both been working there for three months??? Now that I’m on this downhill roll — there was only one newspaper in the breakfast room, no papers were available for sale — and the desk didn’t have any local maps or information. The Hampton Inn still has some work to do…

Great facility. Brand new as of 4/2015, and a new design for Hampton Inns. Right on the highway, but the rooms are well insulated and we heard nothing. Breakfast was as expected in a well designed lobby. The rooms are very modern and attractively decorated. The bedding was great, the furniture and the flooring very attractive. The pool was small but good enough. Service was pleasant and attentive. The only small downside is a very loud HVAC system. Would definitely return if in the area.
