One star just because Juan was trying to be simphatetic after planning a Funneral and the chino parking enforcement towing my dirty looking car and not moving it in 70h. Chino PD waved their $ 190 fee. But this place hit me with $ 200 tow, $ 42/​day storage and $ 72 lien process fee. $ 562 total. Got my car and saw how they treat other towed cars with a forklift causing damage to fenders and undercarriage vital driving components.
Reviews below claim 50 dollar tow not 200 just because parking enforcement called them and as for then being cool thats doubtful. They are like those tow yards you see on TV that hide behind the government agencies to take our property or nickle and dime us since they couldn’t take your car and took inventory of all the goodies.
Plus then letting lady below drive off with steering problems could of ended bad. I would of towed her for free. Just my opinion.

Really nice employees. I called because my car had a problem with steering he helped me by recommending that I drive it. The quicker the easier it will be. He was right. He came out and when I told him I would drive but if there was a charge he said nothing. Great company and very honest. I highly recommend to anyone

Good and fast service! No long wait. Gives a pretty accurate quote by phone. Not like other tow places who say they need to calculate miles etc.
