Gym is 24 hours, sometimes. Only when they feel like it, I guess. I am only posting because this keeps happening. I’ve spoken to the office, left messages… maybe this review will prompt more attention to the matter.

We are thinking of purchasing a home in the Preserve. Would any of you be able to tell me about any powerline issues, crime and tap water? I was reading posts from 2008 but not sure if these concerns are still valid. Please advise.

The Preserve at Chino is one of the best places to live in Southern California. Is safe, clean, nice and has one of the best school in the Country. Is a big community but family oriented. We have lived here for over 3 years and have great neighbors, walking trails and a wonderful park house. There is a library within our community, many parks and children classes at the park house for free and across at the community center for children and adults alike. I will recommend this community to anyone that has children and wants them growing in a safe and clean environment without compromising their education!!!

Flies. Flies. Flies. Urghhhhhh! One thing that’s bad here is they have trees that attract major, major flies.

This place is AMAZING! Gym is nicer than the gym we use to pay to go to — Pool is spectacular! Movie theatre room, multi purpose room, business center, grills, fireplaces — everything is clean and the staff is very friendly! Best of all it is only for Preserve residents with Parkhouse rights. For example, Sea Country Homeowners do not get rights to the Parkhouse. The HOA fee is lower than what I was spending on the 4 of us for gym memberships. If you haven’t checked it out I recommend you do so!

One of the greatest community centers around. Only for Preserve residents. Very clean and plenty of amenities.

If you’re a part of the Preserve community, this is a great place to hold your event or gathering. There’s a room upstairs that can be booked for 20 or less guests. And the multi-purpose room accommodates up to 115 people. I was a little surprised at how much the rental fee costs, given we pay HOA, but it is nice and spacious. Also, the fee doesn’t include clean up costs, but includes a security guy… kinda strange in my opinion. With a media room and pool table room, there’s a lot to do to entertain yourself and/or your friends. The Preserves did a great job in planning this community parkhouse.
