Upon entering the store, we were welcomed by Nikki Ann. She’s so nice and accommodating to us. While waiting, she made us feel comfortable by trying out their product with the massage. Oh… It definitely feels so good! We’re so happy with their products, mattress and protector and let me say that this is our 4th mattress from Ortho and will definitely stay with this brand for a lifetime. Thank you for making the most reliable mattress that lasts for a lifetime.

Immediately upon entering I was greeted by Tomika who is very helpful and knowledgable about her products as well as attentive to all my questions and needs. Always with a positive attitude. Had to buy a mattress for our granddaughter today as she has chronic back pain due to a sports injury. Went into see Richard at Ortho Mattress on Grand and once again, he was great! Found what we needed without any pressure. Richard gave us all the details that we needed and allowed us to look around until we were satisfied that we were getting the best mattress and price for our granddaughter. Once again, thank you Richard for your patience, guidance and understanding of what we needed.

Richard was great at helping us find our new bed. He kept out budget in mind and we’re completely satisfied with our purchase! Delivery was fast and was on time. This place is a little hard to find — located near Tahoe Joe’s and Men’s Wearhouse. Don’t forget to ask for Richard, he’ll take care of you!

I hate shopping for beds almost as much as I do cars. However, my experience at the Chino Hills Ortho was painless, almost enjoyable. First, it’s a small store with lots of choices for every firmness range and budget. OMG! I can’t believe how comfortable the beds were… I tried every mattress in the store and almost fell asleep on some of them… WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG to get rid of my old bed? I like a medium firmness and my wife likes firm. She won out (of course) and had many choices within our price range. WHAT A DIFFERENCE it made to sleep on a new mattress! The salesman, Rick, was knowledgeable but never pressured us to buy. He did close the sale by telling us one important fact: our bed is the most important piece of furniture in our house. He’s right. By the way, we did shop at Sleep Number and Sit N’ Sleep before Ortho… no comparison on price or selection. Ortho wins hands down.

It’s a little tricky finding this place. It’s near Opus Bank. Plenty of parking available.
Came here on Monday looking for a queen spring coil mattress to replace our horrible memory foam mattress. Told Richard what I needed and he gave me 5 choices across the price spectrum. I didn’t feel pressure to purchase the most expensive, nor was I discouraged to pick the least expensive. Completing the sale was quick and painless. Richard answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Delivery arrived the next day.
