Oromar Custom Silk Screen & Design

I placed an order last week. The order was to be ready by Saturday if the order was not going to be ready on time I would be notified. I arrive to pick up my order to find out that they are closed on sat. I show up Monday afternoon only to find out that my order has yet to be started. This place came highly recommended but I won’t be back.

Looked around for a while to find a good screen printer and found Oromar. We need our roller derby uniforms in a hurry. We told rich what we were looking for so later that day he had 3 different options for us! Thought we were going to pay a ton of money for the quick turn around and quality but, he gave us an incredible price. I can definitely recommend Oromar’s Great service and nice people.

Poor service. Messy store. Made several mistakes with my wife’s order and didn’t seem like they knew how to handle embroidery very well. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I always get my event shirt done here. They are great at helping me create a logo and everyone always loves the shirts I get! They are super helpful here and they are great for large quantity orders.

I love this place! I have been using their services for over 15 years and have always received an awesome product. Most of the time I had just a vague idea of what I wanted in artwork but they took the time to help me create the image I was trying to portray from schools, to church events, rodeos, and sporting teams. At every event where their shirts are involved, I get so many compliments and sell out of the shirts. They make it easy for me to order more shirts and they get them to you fast. Every year I buy dozens of their Superbowl shirts and people ask all year to make sure I put an order for their shirt. I would highly recommend that you use them. They also do embroidery which works out to have my hats and polo shirts embroidered. I tell everyone I know to get their shirts and gear taken care of at Oromar. They are awesome!

I have only been here once and it will be my last time. I came here to ask some questions about ordering a batch of company tshirts. I’ve never ordered prints made before so I wasn’t exactly sure how the process would go. The lady at the front did not help me at all with what I needed. She pretty much gave me one word answers and answered by asking me questions sarcastically, almost mockingly. I have never felt so unwelcome before and it was quite uncomfortable. I ended up leaving and never returned. If you know exactly what you want and don’t have any questions or concerns, then you should check out this place. But if this is your first time getting printed clothing done, I would suggest going somewhere else. This is more of an industrialized business, not meant for regular consumers.

Don’t waste your time or money going to this place! Their ego is way too big for the product they produce.
I had shirts made with artwork I provided that had my company name and a simple graphic. When I got the shirts, the name was noticeably crooked, angled.
I took them back only to be insulted and harassed.
The lady at the front said they looked fine to her. When I had my wife try one on, with the word placement was“accentuated” and it really looked crooked! She immediatley told my wife to take if off and still insisted nothing was wrong. She told me to look at them and tell me which ones I had a problem with. I picked the first shirt up and examined it for a few seconds. She then said, «Well if you have to examine each shirt for 5 minutes then they are probably fine!» With that I walked out to cool off.
When I returned I went to the back to talk to someone else.
I was told that I was only one of two people that ever had a problem with their product in the past 25 years. Really? No wonder these people are so full of themselves! I told them that all I wanted them to tell me was that this was the best product they could produce and I would happily be on my way. They got extremely defensive and made insulting remarks like, «I knew you were going to be trouble when I saw your artwork and how precise you had it» So according to them, being precise is a bad thing? He also said, «The material you chose is not the best for this type of artwork.» I asked him why he didn’t tell me that when I ordered them, he was the expert, I was just a customer that doesn’t know any better.” He said what I was asking was crazy and that he was «speechless.» Ditto. He also pointed to the store bought t– shirt I was wearing telling me how crooked it was. I told him it wasn’t crooked enough for me not to buy it.
Finally, «his» brother stepped in and after looking at the shirts, agreed that half the shirts were unacceptable, and agreed to do them over. Ureka! He said that the silk screeners sometimes pull that type of shirt wrong off the board and causes it to set wrong. He is my hero in the story and apologized for his brother, wasn’t sure what was «up with him.»
The lady in the front later apologized to me and I told her that her sarcasm was unwarranted and not acceptable.
After I picked up the shirts, the main guy came out and apologized, nothing sincere, just damage control.
Do the right thing and avoid this place at all costs! I am now going to have my products done at the Costco Business Center in Commerce, CA. The place I originally wanted to use but thought I would help out the local economy, which I will still do, just NEVER here!

This place kicks ass… I recently had a t-​shirt made up and the art work was fantastic… I get lots of compliments on it. The service was great and fast. I have used them about 4 times now and they have never let me down.
