I have medi-​cal or denti-​cal and I’m a new patient that was in excruciating pain with a broken molar and an infection in my last upper molar, I had no appt. And the visit was very well received and the staff was welcoming and very detailed in explaining my 2 options to decide on a right action to take. They referred me to a surgeon and it was fast, in and out without losing any of the details, not rushed but more to the point of what needs to be done. The doctor and the entire staff was very nice and professional and inviting. Thank you for a pleasant experience in spite of the pain I seemed to forget about until I left the office. I recommend highly

Our family has been with Galvan Family Dentistry now for about five years, and I can honestly say they are the best practice in the world. They have the greatest office manager in Cecilia, the best doctors in Rico and Vivian. Plus, the nicest staff in Esme and Liz. It is always a good experience coming to their dental practice. They always treat you with care, respect, and the utmost professionalsim. But at the same time, treat you like family too.

I switched my dental coverage from HMO to PPO just to be able to see this doctor and it’s worth every penny of the extra premium cost. I’ve had root canals in the past but I’ve never had a experience like this! Painless procedure not even the anesthesia injection hurt!!! Great professional and even better human being!!!

Far by the most pleasant and nicest receptionist I have ever met — Cecilia, our 2 hours trip to this dental office is always worthwhile. Very helpful and so accommodating. Thanks to you I was convinced to leave my old dentist that i have been seeing for the last 15 years.

Awesome dentist office! I started going to them after a bad experience with Smilecare and I was very happy with their service. There was no up selling, they did the work that needed to be done and there was no over charging. My experience in the chair was absolutely pain free, quick and comfortable.
I’m very sad that I had to switch dentists when our dental insurance changed but you can bet I’ll be switching back if I ever get that option.

I had problems with western dental so I decided to try a new place, This is one of the very few in the city of Chino that accepts Medi-​cal too.
I had a severe tooth infection with a broken tooth in the gum line, I had teeth removed before but never so deep in the gums and infected too.
They were very kind and polite, they gave their professional opinion then ASKED me what I wanted to do which is big for me, I don’t like when places TELL you what to do, this was very big in my book.
The Extraction went smooth and I felt so much better with it out.
I have another tooth the same way that needs to come out, and 2 more that hurt (infection may have spread) so I may get them yanked too, but I will be coming back here to have it done for sure.
May also have my family go here from now,

I have been searching for an honest well meaning dentist. Let me put it this way, I am in my twenties on my 6th dentist! I have hope again in Galvan. The front desk was so kind! The dentist and her helper were the nicest people I have ever spoken to. They were gentle with my teeth, answered all my questions up front and was honest! When they showed me my x-​Rays they were kind enough to show me what each picture was showing, what a cavity looked like, they were so informative with me! I have never felt as welcomed, almost at home with this dentist. I will recommend them to ANYONE. I have found my forever dentist AT LAST!

I used to hate the dentist, but since going here, I LOVE IT! Dr. Rico is really an excellent experienced professional in his work. He really knows how to handle a client. His staff is super friendly and the waiting room is a perfect place to wait. They have free WiFi and great shows on TV. Sometimes I still want to wait in the waiting room because its so comfy!

I’ve had issues in the past with rude, unpleasant dentists but today I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional service I received here!
Dr. Vivian and hygienist Esmeralda were attentive, addressed all my concerns and were extra gentle due to tooth sensitivity.
No unexpected expenses when it was time to leave and none of that annoying upselling of services that makes you feel like you’re in a used car dealership… you know what I mean. ;-)
Definitely headed back!

I hadn’t even to the dentist in many many years and being scared of pain there was no way of me going. Until I found this place. The dentist was very very gentle I did not feel no pain whatsoever. They were able to do some work on the first visit and have been coming back 3 weeks in a row and I still have a lot of work to be done. As long as I’m pain feel I will come back as much as needed. I’m very glad to have found a dentist with patience for such a baby like me!

My filling came out, and it freaked me out. They saw me, right away on a Saturday and fixed my filling. The entire staff is fabulous. Ervin and Cecilia are great. Dr. Rodriguez explained everything she was doing. She was very kind and professional. I was in and out of there in a flash. So happy!
